Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-13

These terms set the rules for using the Sakrabot service. By signing in to or using Sakrabot, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Sakrabot is a web platform that connects a Meta ad account, a CRM (AmoCRM or Bitrix24), Instagram Direct, website forms and Telegram. It shows leads, active, qualified, sales and losses for every creative, sends reports to Telegram, forwards leads to a group, sends sales back to Meta and helps manage ads (pausing, enabling, deleting campaigns).

AI summaries and other recommendations are advice only; decisions about your ads and business are yours.

Account and sign-in

  • You sign in with Facebook, Google or Telegram; several methods can be linked to one account.
  • You are responsible for the security of your sign-in methods. If you worked on someone else's device, close the session (Settings → My profile).
  • Give accurate information in your profile and connections; do not create an account in another person's name.

Team and roles

Team members can be invited to a project by link. Every member has a role:

  • Owner — everything: ads, connections, settings, team, pausing and archive.
  • Media buyer — rights close to the owner's, but cannot touch owners or grant the «owner» role.
  • Client — sees only their own project and cannot change anything.

The project owner is responsible for who gets which role and what they do; every important action is recorded in the activity log.

Connected services and data

  • You confirm that you have the right to connect the ad account, Page, Instagram account, CRM and Telegram group and to process their data (including your customers' leads).
  • The own terms of Meta, Instagram, AmoCRM, Bitrix24, Telegram, Payme and Click also apply; Sakrabot is not responsible if an account is restricted for violating them.
  • Lead and customer data is yours. Obtaining their consent and using the data lawfully is your responsibility; Sakrabot processes it only to provide the service (Privacy Policy).

Actions that affect your ads

Pausing, enabling and deleting a campaign, ad set or ad are sent to Meta immediately after the confirmation dialog and recorded in the activity log. Deletion cannot be undone. The user who performed an action is responsible for its result.

Plans and payment

  • Plans, prices and limits (ad accounts, CRMs, team members, number of clients) are shown in the app under Settings → Plan.
  • Payment is made in advance for the chosen period (1, 6 or 12 months) through Payme or Click and extends the subscription.
  • When a limit is reached, existing data is not locked — you just cannot add a new ad account, CRM, member or client.
  • When the subscription expires, data and connections keep working, and new additions follow the limits of the free (Free) plan. Payment questions — to the address in the «Contact» section.

Not allowed

  • Using the service for purposes that violate the law or Meta's advertising policies.
  • Connecting other people's accounts, ad accounts or CRMs without permission.
  • Trying to break the service, bypass its protection or obtain other users' data.
  • Sending spam or fake leads through a website form address.

Limitation of liability

  • Numbers come from Meta, the CRM and other sources and depend on their accuracy, delays and availability. Sakrabot calculates as accurately as it can but does not guarantee error-free operation.
  • Sakrabot does not guarantee ad results, the number of leads or sales.
  • Sakrabot is not responsible for delays and losses caused by outages of Meta, the CRM, Telegram, payment systems or the internet.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Sakrabot's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Stopping use

You can stop using the service, disconnect your connections and request deletion of your data at any time (Privacy Policy, «Data deletion» section).

If the terms are violated or the service and other users are at risk, Sakrabot may restrict access to an account or project.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated: the new text appears on this page with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by law.
